Our New Instant Event ® Service:
Seminar, conference, meeting, religious, theatrical and concert videos seem so simple that people often attempt to do them themselves. In many cases, this results in a video of shadowy figures with weak, unintelligible audio.
The objective of a live video event recording, is to allow viewers who attended or were not at the presentation/event to see or review it. In order to be effective, these (frequently lengthy) videos should be of normal brightness and the speaker’s voice should be clear. Anything less is difficult to watch, wasting the viewer's time and energy.
Our professional fluid head tripods allow smooth, tighter shots of the presenter/performer, tracking their movements. This is another area where the skill and experience of our videographers pay off. Our full digital High-Definition cameras assure the absolute highest image quality, with a running time of up to two hours on a single tape with no interruption.
Sound is equally important in a live presentation/performance video. Rather than rely on a simple camera microphone, we use a state-of-the-art wireless microphones on the presenter/performer.
Most live videos are shot with a single camera. Not here, Childhood Productions, Inc. utilized multi-camera shooting all in True High Definition.
Most companies will record your event, and require several weeks to have a completed master for you duplication. Using our Instant Event ® technique, we will shoot and edit LIVE, plus prepare your presentation/performance for duplication as soon as your event is complete. That’s right, you will have your event edited and duplicated for sale in as little as thirty minutes (up to 100 copies, addition copies require additional time). This way you can reach your target market immediately after the completion of your event. All mastered DVDs are pre-labeled ahead of time, burned immediate after the show and ready for sale.
You may use your staff to sell the completed discs, or hire us to run the sales of each DVD (at an additional cost). After the event is captured, you will be able to purchase additional services, including compression of video for delivery online.
Most production companies keep the edit master and camera originals, forcing you to order all your copies through them, however our clients will obtain the master DVD included with the initial cost. We want you to order copies through us in order to ensure the best duplication possible, but give you the freedom to do what you would like with the master. If you need large quantities, we can make arrangements for you or recommend capable mass duplicators.
Every Soundville Studios project is taped in full High Definition video and mastered in Dolby Digital for superior audio playback on DVD or the web.
