Seminar, conference, meeting, religious, theatrical and concert videos seem so simple that people often attempt to do them themselves. In many cases, this results in a video of shadowy figures with weak, unintelligible audio.

The objective of a live video event recording, is to allow viewers who to re-live the event at their convenience. In order to be effective, these (frequently lengthy) videos should be of normal brightness and the speaker’s voice should be clear. Anything less is difficult to watch, wasting the viewer's time and energy.

Our professional fluid head tripods allow smooth, tighter shots tracking movements of the presenter/performer. This is another area where the skill and experience of our videographers pay off. Our full digital High-Definition cameras assure the absolute highest image quality, with a running time of up to two hours on a single tape with no interruption.

Sound is equally important in a live presentation/performance video. Rather than relying on a simple camera microphone, we provide state-of-the-art wireless microphones on the presenter/performer.

Soundville Studios’ advantage comes from using multi-camera shooting instead of tradition single camera views. Our video is mastered in True High Definition for the best angles and picture.

Previous companies you may have dealt with will record you even and will require several weeks before delivering the mastered product. We created the ultimate Instant Event ® technique allowing us to shoot and edit LIVE. With this unique technique your presentation/performance is available for duplication in as little as thirty minutes after the event’s completion (up to 100 copies, addition copies require additional time). This benefits you with the availability to reach your target market immediately following the completion of your event. All mastered DVDs are pre-labeled ahead of time and burned immediately after the event and ready for sale/distribution.

This also created an opportunity to sell the provided DVDs. You may use your staff to sell the completed discs, or hire us (at an additional cost) to run the point-of-sale. One of our extra services is providing you with a choice of compressing the video for internet distribution (Additional fees apply).  

Most production companies keep the edit master and camera originals, forcing you to order all your copies through them, however our clients will obtain the master DVD included with the initial cost. Should you need additional copies following the event, copies can be obtained through our duplication services. We recommend that you re-order copies through us in order to ensure the best duplication possible.  If you need large quantities, we can make arrangements for you or recommend capable mass duplicators.

Every Soundville Studios project is taped in full High Definition video and mastered  in Dolby Digital for superior audio playback on DVD or the web.
